Engaged observations are often impossible when alien events are unfolding. Non-event moments aid in achieving more profound levels of seeing. Looking down, fixating on a light switch or a chain link fence, noting the bubbles gathering around your legs in a tub, or waiting on a friend working at bar, boring, every day, epochally quotidian and simultaneously visually sumptuous allow for the rich sensations of living to profoundly multiply and grow.
